2010 SURF CAMPS
A Typical Day at Carlsbad Surf Camp is safe, exciting, and informative. Come learn to surf and talk surfing with real professional surfers Che Stang and Rusty Friesen. At So Cal Surf Lesson Camp we have created a program that teaches basic and intermediate surfing skills in a fun and safe way. Our C.P.R. certified instructors are well experienced and knowledgeable about ocean life and safety. We all share a common love for the ocean and surfing, so we make it our goal to create a pleasurable ocean experience for future surfers. Our low student to instructor ratio of 3:1 gives a new surfer the attention they need.

Exciting surf experiences for guy’s and girls of all ages. You will be met each morning by your own SoCal Surf Camp instructor. Each day you will receive instruction in ocean safety and surf etiquette. The morning’s will begin with light stretching and warm-up’s, the proper approach to learning how to surf, beach activities, surf games, and environmental education. Students develop skills in and around the water that provide a foundation for fun safe and better surfing in the future. You will also learn about how waves are generated and how tides occur, marine biology, coastal ecology, and beach profiles.
At Carlsbad SoCal Surf Day Camp we guarantee you’ll be surfing on your very first day of camp!!! You’ll even get a cool picture of yourself to show off to your friends!
