A. Adaptive Surfing
Our instructors have experience working with participants of varying physical abilities. We are happy to discuss adaptive techniques and equipment options prior to your lesson. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare appropriately.
B. Beach Access
Our primary lesson location is at Carlsbad Lifeguard Tower 30. The beach at this location has a wide, flat sand entry. We can provide guidance on the most accessible beach access points and will work with you to choose the best spot based on conditions and your needs on the day of your lesson.
C. Equipment Modifications
Depending on individual needs, we may be able to accommodate:

Larger, more stable surfboard configurations for participants with balance or mobility limitations

Additional instructor support in the water

Shorter or adjusted lesson durations as needed

Modified wetsuit assistance for participants with limited dexterity
3. Communication Accessibility
We want to make it easy for everyone to book and communicate with us. We offer the following:
